We only collect information you actively provide, primarily through our contact form:

- Your consent confirmation.
This website does not use tracking cookies or advertising trackers. We do not sell or rent your information.
How we use it
We use the details you provide solely to read and respond to your enquiry and to maintain a record of our correspondence. We will not use your information for unrelated purposes without asking you first.
How messages are handled
When the contact form is connected to a form-handling service (Formspree), your submission is transmitted through that service and delivered to us by email at info@invektion.com.au. That provider processes the data according to its own privacy terms. In preview or unconfigured states, the form does not transmit anything and instead offers a direct email option.
Storage and retention
We keep enquiry records only as long as needed to respond and maintain reasonable correspondence history, after which we aim to remove them. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
- You can email us instead of using the form.
- You can ask what information we hold about you.
- You can ask us to correct or delete your information.

Children's information
This website is intended for adults contacting us about our work. Please do not submit personal details about a child through this website. If a child is at immediate risk, contact local emergency services or official child protection authorities — not this website. See our safeguarding page.
